You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and instructions; we are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or unclear files. Services are provided from our premises in Tauranga, New Zealand. Delivery of embroidery, patches or appliqué items is offered within New Zealand.

Content on this site is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission. Artwork you submit for embroidery or patch production remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it for producing your order.
