Because our embroidery, patches and appliqué (clothing decoration) are made to your design and specifications in New Zealand, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or does not match what was agreed. We operate from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, and serve customers across New Zealand (including the Waikato, Auckland and other regions).
Our clothing decoration services include: custom embroidery on caps, polos and jackets; custom patches and badges; and appliqué on garments. All items are made to order from our premises at 34 Fifteenth Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga 3112, New Zealand.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is defective (e.g. stitching errors, wrong colours, damaged patches or appliqué) or does not match the approved proof or quote, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair where possible. If we cannot fix the issue, we may offer a refund or partial refund. We operate from Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
Custom and Made-to-Order
Custom embroidery, patches and appliqué are made to your artwork and order details. Change of mind is not a ground for return once production has started. Please check proofs and confirm details before we proceed.
